About JSA Photonics, Inc.

JSA Photonics, Inc. was established in 1991 as a consulting engineering firm for design, manufacturing and systems integration of industrial automation components and systems. The Company has performed design of machine vision systems, precision optical measuring equipment, directed energy modeling and simulation, advanced imaging system analysis and thermo-optical analysis. One of the first prototype developments was the DigiRule, a digital measuring device. In 1995, the Company began the development of a 3-D non-contact dimensioning device and entered into a licensing agreement with the Industrial Technology Institute, Ann Arbor, Michigan. In 1995, The Company secured a contract for the development and fabrication of test equipment used in the manufacture of precision laser optical alignment systems for Laser Alignment Inc. In 1995, the Company entered into an agreement for the development and testing of the TechTimer Roadside Passenger Advisory System. A prototype of this device has been successfully developed and tested and is currently in production. In 2002 JSA Photonics created AccuRange, a GPS based commercial distancing system for golf courses. In 2006 conducted the thermal analysis and design of the Magdelena Ridge Optical Interferometer. In 2008 JSA collaborated with a National Laboratory in the development of a optical state of charge sensor for automated battery management. In 2009 the company embarked on the development of a bench top laboratory refractometer.
